Shipping Policy

At Western Mixer, we are committed to providing competitive and transparent shipping options to our customers. Below is an outline of our shipping policy, including free shipping eligibility, flat rates, and freight shipment guidelines.

Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer free shipping on the following:

1. Orders Over $89:

   • Free shipping is available on orders over $89.
   • The maximum shipping value covered for free shipping is $295, which covers many rollers and chutes, though some overweight items may be excluded.

Flat Rate Shipping

For heavier items, the following flat rate applies:

• Orders Over 100 lbs: Orders exceeding 100 pounds will incur a flat shipping rate of $399.

Freight Shipments (Orders 150 Pounds or More)

Most items weighing over 150 pounds will be shipped via one of our freight carriers.

1. Lift Gate Service:

   • Lift Gate Service is available for an additional charge on items under 1,500 pounds. This service can be selected during checkout and ensures the driver offloads the merchandise to the ground.
   • Once offloaded, it is your responsibility to move the freight inside. You also have the option to pick up the freight from the nearest terminal by arranging with the freight carrier before delivery.
   • Note: Lift Gate Service is not available for heavy equipment, which requires specialized offloading equipment (forklifts, telehandlers, etc.).

2. Signature Requirement:

   • A signature is required upon delivery of freight shipments. Before signing the freight bill of lading, please inspect the shipment for any damages or shortages.
   • In the event of an issue, contact Western Mixer customer support before signing the freight bill to address any discrepancies.

3. Shipment Separation:

   • Items over 150 pounds may ship separately from items under 150 pounds, and shipping rates will reflect this difference.

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All shipments must be delivered to a physical address.
• Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories
• Geographic Restrictions: Free shipping is available across the continental United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or other destinations, please contact us for shipping charges.
• Certain shipping services may not be available for all zip codes. Available options will be displayed during the checkout process.
